My home screen stops it puts this message "home sony Xperia always stops" I can not remove this message. And I can not access the app

Mon écran d'accueil s'arrête il met ce message "accueil sony Xperia s'arrête systématiquement " je n'arrive pas à enlever ce message. Et je ne peux plus accéder au application
