Some headphones don't work with Xperia XZ Premium

Hi Sony,

Any chance you could let us know if you have any plabns to sort out this issue? Few people have posted about expensive headphones not working with XZ Premium and we never heard anything back. They worked well with Z5 and work well with other phones.

Once connected the sound plays for a second through headphones but then it switches back to loudspeaker.

Please help us!

I have had a similar problem...with all headphones I have tried with my sony xz premium.  

Any sound apps with audio...I use mostly netflix and youtube, the video stops and when I press play again, it switches to loudspeaker.  I did a factory restore on my phone and it didn't work...a factory restore has taken more than 24 hours for all my apps and media to comeback onto my phone...so it is a real pain for such an expensive product.  I want my money back!!!
