Is there any way to delete SMS messages the same way as you could on the xperia xz, I have loads of messages to delete and some I would like to keep but need to do them one by one on the xz3. On my old phone you could tick the ones you wanted to delete then confirm to delete them all. Can this be done on the xz3xz3 or am I missing something.

Hi @Rock39, and welcome to our community! 

As you probably have noticed, unlike the XZ that had the app called Messaging, Xperia XZ3 has Android Messages as a pre-installed message application for text messages and MMS-messages. In Android Messages it is not possible to delete more than one conversation or individual message at the same time. If you want to delete multiple messages in the same conversation thread, you therefore must delete them one by one.
