Screen goes black

Saya pengguna hp xperia xz tapi hp saya setiap dipakai telphone layarnya menjadi hitam sehingga saya kesulitan untuk membatalkannya, gimana solusinya? 

I am hp xperia xz but my hp every use telphone screen to be black so I have trouble to cancel it, how the solution?

Just to clarify, is the screen staying black while on a phone call so when you take the phone away from your ear you cannot end the call?
