I myself wanted to review the xz3 for a tech forum I am also on, as I'm not a YouTube style reviewer, I just bought one, it's doing ok at around 5,000 reads.

Here's the ongoing problem I see for you, you have a YouTube channel, I can assume it's a successful one as you say "many people in my YouTube" if that is indeed the case, it's to your benefit that you purchase an xz3 as any outlay for the device, will be quickly made back by ad sense revenue as well as standard YouTube creator monetisation.
Though if that isn't the case, and you are under the YouTube threshold for monetisation, you might not have the audience numbers Sony would consider for a review unit (they're not free, they are provided on a journalistic style contract)

I think the best thing for you to do, would be to either buy an xz3 and either work towards monetisation, or buy one and make your money back from your current monetisation.

Though, and I say this with the greatest respect.. reviewing the xz3 on YouTube now, might be a fruitless venture, a quick search showed a few hundred videos uploaded already which is to be expected so long after an international release, what you should be doing is making a MWC preview video with your ideas and thoughts on upcoming devices, this is where you'll get views in Feburary. Reviewing a 2018 phone on the doorstep of 2019 MWC might not be as successful as you think.
