Removed ringtones

I wanted to clear the data of the Multimedia Storage app! Because I added the same track 3 times to be set on a call! Now I select the notification sound, but there is no standard ringtone list, what should I do?

In the album the photo disappeared

I rebooted the phone and the list appeared!
