I have just purchased the Xperia xz2 on o2 with an offer for a pair of noise cancelling earphones but when i try to redeem it says imei number is wrong any help on this matter would be appreciated thank you

Have you waited 14 days from purchase to claim?

Keep in mind that this is a Global user based forum and campaigns can vary between markets, however I think I was able to find the campaign, is it on the website below that you are trying to claim the accessory?

If you haven't tried entering the IMEI number with only the 15 digits, I would recommend doing so and if it still does not work, click on "Contact us" further down on the page and there you can send the team responsible for the campaign an Email and they will assist you further.

I had same issue and sent an email of the problem to kondor (who run the promotion). I had a very quick reply saying "If you would like to try and redeem again on the redemption website it should now work" and it did. So whatever they did at their end I don't know.
Hi @Atari520stfm, that's awesome! I'm sorry that it didn't work directly for you, but from what I understand now, everything seems to work for you and hopefully the headset has already arrived!
