Razer earphones bass dissapears

Hello, I have a problem with my xzp. I go a pair of razer earphones and when listen to music from anywhere it plays bass for a few seconds and then dissapears, if i unplug the earphones and then plug them back in it plays normally again for a few seconds. Any thoughts. Appriciate any help.

It sounds like auto optimization, 

You can turn it off by going into settings, sound, accessory settings.
