Qi wireless charging

Hi. I have a qi wireless charging pad.. But it came with no instruction.. I have an Xperia xz2. How do I use it.. I've tried just placing it on there but nothing..

Hi @Dave1986, welcome to our forum!

On the link that @uliwooly posted, you will find some more information on how to use wireless charging, but it's quite simple. Put the device on the charging pad with the back facing down and it should start to charge. Depending on how big/how many coils there is in the charging pad, you may need to adjust the positioning a bit of the device.

Do you perhaps have a cover on your device? Some covers needs to be removed before you can charge the device wirelessly as they are constructed in a way that makes them not compatible with wireless charging.
