My Sony xperia XZ premium has some black dots inside the screen, but that is not a dead pixel. I assume when they assembled it, is not sterile enough. The store in my country said that the product is from Singapore, i have to claim the guarantee but i am from Indonesia. Can someone help me? Thanks!

I'm sorry to hear that, but could you post pictures of the problem, also, does your phone has a protective film or glass?
