You need to run the phone in SAFE MODE and see if your issues are resolved. If they are then you have a third party app that is causing the problem(s) and will need to be deleted. You will have to delete them one-by-one until you determine which app is causing the issue.
If running in safe mode doesn't fix your issues then you will need to do a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will reset the phone back to factory settings but with all new software. So you will have to set everything up from scratch.
