Problem with unlocking device

Если не удалось распознать отпечаток пальца, то телефон можно разблокировать просто проведя пальцем вверх, без графического ключа, хотя графический ключ в настройках установлен, теперь выходит так, что моё устройство может разблокировать кто угодно. 

If the fingerprint could not be recognized, the phone can be unlocked just by swiping your finger up without a pattern key, although the pattern key in the settings is set, it now turns out that my device can be unlocked by anyone.

Hi @Kharlamoff, I am sorry to hear about this. 

Unfortunately there is no way to change a lock pattern that is already set due to security measures set by Google. There is however two ways to get access to your phone again. Please note though that both ways will erase all personal data from the phone such as photos, contacts, messages etc. 

The first option is to perform a software repair in the phone using a computer and our program Xperia Companion, for more information on how to perform a software repair click here. The second option is to use a service called Find My Device. Just log on using your Google-account, find and click on your phone and click the option called Erase.

Try one of these measures and let me know how it goes!

Я за ранее извиняюсь, может что-то говорю неправильно. Доступ к телефону есть, проблема в том, что моё устройство теперь может разблокировать кто угодно без отпечатка пальца, проведя свайп вверх. Такого раньше не было. Это произошло после перезагрузки телефона.

Есть такая же проблема на двух устройствах XPERIA XZ1. После перезагрузки телефона все пароли и отпечаток пальца работает. Стоит выключить экран и зайти заново, всплывает окно доступа ч помощью отпечатка пальца . Просто проводим по экрану снизу вверх , и телефон разблокировался . Таким об можно войти в мой телефон без труда . 

There is the same problem on two XPERIA XZ1 devices. After the phone is restarted, all passwords and fingerprint work. In this case it might be a trusted place or a trusted device Smart lock that is causing this. Try finding and tapping Settings > Tap Lock screen & security > Tap Trusted agents  and check if Smart lock is enabled.
