Problem with incoming call

Hi,

My partner and I have the same mobile phone Sony Xperia XZ1 and we are both on the same network. Every single time he tries to call me it doesn't even ring and just comes up with a missed call. I have no blocked numbers or call barred numbers anywhere that I can see. Is this a phone setting or a network issue?

I have the same issue with some calls. It's almost as if the phone is permanently set to 'do not disturb'.

Same issue for me. Not sure if it's a problem with the phone or the network provider.

My prepaid sim card is definately a LTE-capable SIM card.
My preferred network type settings were "4G (preferred)/WCDMA/GSM"
This no longer works in some areas. By that I mean I can send and receive messages but can't make and receive voice calls.

This problem started just a few days ago.
I changed the phone setting to "WCDMA only"
Now I can make and receive phone calls.
