To be fair, I only came here to say this because Sony ignored all my forum posts. After spending $800AUD on a $1k phone, and getting a $300-phone-tier camera on it, and no MHL support (after I'd already bought the phone mind you), I had to. The screen had a mind if it's own, like I was using wet hands all the time. So I had to? The 3d modelling didn't work, which was more than embarrassing at work. So, I just bought a Samsung. The Note9 does everything the XZ Premium should have, and it has an S-Pen. All they (Sony) had to do was write back and fix my problems. That's all. You couldn't even admit the faults of the device? I was ignored. Well, Samsung listened when I started throwing money at them instead.
