Hi @Adel_salama, welcome to the community.

In addition to testing it in safe mode can you please check that the microphone isn't being covered by anything, and that it has no dirt or debris in it.

Hi, I have the same problem. I tested the mic and it didn't work, I made sure nothing was covering it before performing the test. Any thoughts?
