Problem in incoming calls

XZ premium, when incoming call received, automatically start the speaker phone by default..is there any settings ..iam unable to find how to change..

Try restarting the phone in safe mode to know if it is a third party app that is causing it.

Hi @sreddi69, that sounds very annoying.

As @NunoSEN2 wrote, restarting your device in safe mode is a good way to see if this is caused by a downloaded application or not as they will be temporarily disabled in this mode and there is no setting in the phone that will put the phone on speaker mode directly when you answer a call, it will always the ear speaker or headset if you have that connected.

Let us know how it went and if you figured out what the cause was!
