first post - will be grateful for any help and apologies if I'm in wrong place!
In UK Sony are heavily advertising a free 12 month PS plus membership with XZ2 from certain retailers, redeemable via Xperia Lounge app.
I purchased an XZ2 from a participating retailer (carphone warehouse) but there is no hint of the offer in the Xperia Lounge app that was installed. I queried with the retailer (did I need to do anything, will it appear at a set date etc) and they referred me to Sony.
I spoke briefly to an Xperia care operative earlier but he only sent me a copy of the terms and conditions of the promotion but didn't shed any light.
has anyone successfully claimed this yet and I'm missing something? If not does anyone know when it's scheduled to go live etc? Any wisdom gratefully received.thanks
Iv had enough now been sent loads of emails asking what's wrong to be given the same 72hour wait and now it has appeared on lounge my code is invalid.
So waiting on an email back as I've asked for a new code hope it works
This PS PLus offer is a scam,
Someone called Toby from info@xperiaplaystationplus.co.uk tries to make out I'm from the USA when clearly I am not, even gave the idiot my UK phone IMEI & details & he still can't do his job!
I bought an Xperia ZXP based on the fact I could get this PS plus deal, what a waste of time!!!!!

Ive had to phone Tescomobile to get this sorted as im having the same issue.
Luckily they are great and had to give me £34.99 off my next bill with out kicking up a fuss (thats not even their fault)

first time here. im having the same issue. Activated phone 6 days ago, no PS plus tile in lounge. Ive done the data/cache delete numerous times, and have also emailed the support email address listed in this thread but not had a reply. im getting nervous i wont get my free ps plus. I even resorted to messaging their various twitter accounts as usually a public complaint prompts a response, but nothing 
Apparently need to wait 72 hrs before it can be activated on lounge I'll let you ken how a get on
Same here. Phones been activated for about 10+ days now and no tile and no response from the email given other than 2 automated responses. Where do we go from here? Trading standards? The thing that tipped me over the edge for getting this phone was the ps+ offer as mine had nearly ran out.
