It seems that after the Pie update the measured minimum CPU core clock speeds have changed from the usual 300MHz to 518MHZ on the little cores and 806MHz on the big.
Googling a little about this subject I found out that the same thing happened to One Plus 5 users when updating the Oxygen software from version 5.0.1 to 5.0.2 last February.
