My xperia xz has recently decided to stop working. Wont turn on and when connected to the original charger it starts the phone up automatically then gets stuck on a sony logo loop constantly until the phone becomes increasingly hot whilst not charging it.
Since the battery is too low the sony xperia companion wont do a software repair as the battery needs to be 80% or more and the phone wont charge of the labtop either as ive left it on all night hoping it would of charged it.
Tried hard reset from holding power and volume keys down didn't work
Tried getting the phone to start in safe mode and it didnt work
Can anyone help?
