I gave my phone to sony's technical service because I xz1 went off and did not turn on. When I return it after about two weeks, I find that the phone works but has a break in the case that makes the phone is bent and the screen is not well stuck or sealed, squeeze a bit and the screen sinks inward .
The answer of sony has been that the phone broke during the shipment but the mobile came to me in perfect condition and very well packaged by what has clearly been a bad assembly by the technical service.
I will not buy or recommend sony to anyone since they do not give solutions or take responsibility for their mistakes.

I would recommend that you get in touch with your Local support team and raise this with them. This is a Global user based forum and all service cases are handled at a local level, since service routines and so forth may vary between markets.
