Original Sony XZ2 compact doesn't play music through the earphones

Hi @Challenger15, Let me see if I can help you out. 

I'm not quite sure if I understand your question correctly. But do you mean that you can't use any headphones to your device?

Is it Bluetooth or wired headsets that you are using? And do you get any kind of messages when trying to use a headset?

Thanks a lot for your engagement. It seems that the issue was only with the wired headphones and there was not any problems at all with Bluetooth headphones. And it also seems that the issue with the wired phones is resolved. There was not any Google account on my Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact when I tried to connect my wired phones to it, but when the account was set, and I plugged the phones again, it asked me for permission to give access to media or smth like that. The access was granted and so the headphones started to work. Now I'm happy. Thanks a lot.
