Not able to send sms

keeps giving following message if i try to send sms : "Nachricht kann nicht von card 1 gesendet werden, Fehler 10" (message can not be send from card 1. error 10)

I don't have multi sim-cards. phonecalls and receiving sms works. system software is up to date, no new apps installed at all, just what it's delivered with. on/off didnT change a thing, setting back to original settings also doesn't show any effect.

Which card is even meant? Clueless, that's why I'm asking for help. thanx

Have you checked the SMSC (SMS message centre number)? 

- Dial (like you would a phone call): *#*#4636#*#* to bring up test menu

- Tap Phone Information

- Scroll down to SMSC:______ section and tap Refresh button

It should come up with something like "+49xxxxxxxx",145 , with xxxx being your mobile operators SMSC n(assuming you're in Germany). If it doesn't you'll want to give them (your mobile operator) a call (or google the info) and input the correct SMSC and click Update > restart device.
