I'm sorry to hear this. 
Is it all vibration that isn't working as it should? Does the vibration function work if you test it in the built in diagnostics app? You can do so if you go to: Settings > System > About phone > Diagnostics > Test > Vibration. Does the device vibrate?
I would also recommend that you make sure you are not using any STAMINA mode as this will disable any vibration. You can disabled them if they are active by going to: Settings > Battery > STAMINA mode / Ultra STAMINA mode > Off.
