No ring sound since the "Pie" upgrading

Hello,

Since I upgraded my xz2 to Android 9, I have problems with the ringing sound. Suddenly the phone isn't ringing or vibrating, when I receive calls or SMS. 

I need to close & open my phone to fix it, but after few days the problem returns, and I restart again etc .

What can I do in order to solve this problem?

Sometimes a recently installed app is interfering.

To check if that's the case you can start or restart in safe mode.

When it's OK in safe mode it's an app.

Which app?

Goto apps screen on your phone and sort by date.

Last in, first out is the solution.
