No headset in box

I bought this product in a store in Barcelona and when I check it I have not found the original headset that comes from the factory. Please I would need an answer because I am a customer of Sony smartphones, I have always chosen the brand and I do not want to have a disillusionment. Coordinated greetings.

The contents of the phone package differs between markets and regions. Mine came with a quick charger but no headset, others got a headset and a normal charger.

You can contact your Local support and give them a feedback or ask further about package contents, they are well-informed about these topics.
