no call settings on my xperia xz premium

Hi I need help help

I have a Sony xz worked fine, now when in call nobody can hear me. However, when using hands free or recording a video the mic works

For options start "Telephone" app - -> click 3 "dots" in upper right corner and select "Settings".

I also preferred when these options was placed in main Android Settings. 
Now it seems like hidden...

Hi @Jimbo2125;

Test the microphone with the Support app and also in Safe Mode, if it works in Safe Mode it's a third party app fault.
