Night Light built-in system via 8.0 update.

Please built-in Night Light function in Android 8.0 system (which already confirmed not including in XZ1's system), which turn the screen warmer at night time. This function is available in wide range of flagship phone like Google Pixel, OnePlus and Samsung. But where's Sony's one? Featured in Xperia Concept before, but where's the final version in official releases?

oh yes, that's something I'd definitely like to see. unfortunately, non-root screen filter apps from Play Store offer a subpar experience when compared to the Night Light (speaking as someone who got used to it on Concept for X and then tried to replace it with Twilight).

Since the 8.0 update it is crucial that we get the night filter.

8.0 completely ruined 3rd party night filter experience.

Constant unremovable "apps running in the background" notification and, more importantly, filters now don't apply on top menu and navigation buttons.

Can somebody recommend a 3rd party app that works over whole screen in android >8

or if there are any magical adb command that unlocks stock night filter that should be in every android >8 system.

If you're talking about an app to lower the screen brightness whilst viewing your phone at night/dark room.... I use Screen Filter & have done for quite a while with no problems at all

Tried your suggested app Screen filter and it did not work over the notification/status bar.

Still waiting for a solution.

Personally that does not bother me so not sure if there will be an app that would, perhaps you could contact Sony direct to suggest this for any future software

Unfortunately, I've never tried Night Light mode so I'm not sure what it does. However, if you are referring to changing the screen brightness, disabling notifications at certain times at night, you can do so with Assist > Xperia Actions > Good night. Not sure if it's the same but I've been using them since.
