Nfc doesn't work

Nfc does not work, all menu items are included. The software is installed up-to-date. In safe mode, it also does not work. XZ2P does not respond on any device. Is it a defect?

I'll try to help you.

Take a bank card with the NFC sign.

Hold the card near the NFC reader on your phone.

Activate the test and you will see something like on the picture.

Try it several times, it doesn't succeed in all cases. (depending on how you hold your bank card)
