I just did the new update now I cannot access my device.
The fingure detection tells u to use pin as normal but the device doesn't recognise my pin iv done a restart and power down no joy help

05;00 this morning clicked ok 3/3 updates followed then a reset as normal after restart lock screen prompted for pin, every time it said pin was not correct.
tryed restart again and a power down same problem
scanner obvisly not working but tried it too.
spoken to my service carrior o2, who told me to do soft reset power+volume this would not work
then we connected to pc companion which took 1hr to fix some fault? after this a restart happened again only now the phone is stuck in a loop from the restart screen toa white screen witth 3 dots blinking one by one as if loading or something it is now 13:30hrs and no change

If something went wrong and the smartphone went into a cyclic reboot or hung tightly, then it can be turned off on the hot hardware: press three buttons, the power button and both volume buttons, and hold up to three times the vibration signal. The data will be erased.
Hi thanks we tried this reset also.
I spoke to their guy online eventually they told me to send it in. A week later its back the report says no faults however they changed a few parts and it's working with new update. I can only assume that something went wrong and that they managed to wipe and reinstall the update.
