I bought an XZ2 on ebay. despite it being listed as unlocked , it came locked. In an attempt to unlocked it, i exceeded the number of permitted attempts. How can i have it unlocked

Unfortunately, by entering an incorrect code more than the allowed number of attempts, the phone will now be hard locked to that network.
