Netflix, Whatsapp and Threema not working with DUAL-SIM and LTE

Hi,

with my XZ2 I can't use Netflix, Whatsapp and Threema via LTE.
When I switch to Wifi or 3G, all services are fine.

Please Sony support, bring a FW update with solution.
Same problem btw with XZ2c.
