Nes emulator not working on xz premium

Downloaded nes emulator from playstore and you hear the sound but the screen is blank you can't see anything why is this? Yet the guys next to me with a s5 mini and a j2 downloaded the same app and it works just fine for them why is this? Would like a response on this cause I don't know why this would be happening when the hardware is more than capable.

@santanasince it's a third party app, you should contact its developer about the issue. Sony can't really do anything about it.

Really they can't? Not even with an update? I find it strange several other phones with less powerful hardware can run this game and somehow Sony's best not even a year old yet wouldn't and I know they can. We are paying top dollar for these devices and should be able to do what the competitors are doing with theirs whether it's full manual controls of the camera or playing emulators and this isn't developer specific either I checked.

@santanano, they really can't. Sony doesn't have the access to a third party app's code, so they can't do anything about it not working. if an app isn't working on XZ Premium while working on other devices, it's a device-specific issue of the app in question, and it's the app's creator that's supposed to make sure that their app is compatible with a phone, not the other way around. if you go to the emulator's Play Store listing and scroll down, you'll find a "Send email" button which you can use to report the issue to the app's developer.
