I have Sony Xpreia XZ and my Ear speaker works but the below speaker doesn't work so when someone calls me when I'm in a crowded place I can't hear my phone ringing or when I want to show a video to my friends the volume is so low that they can't hear anything. I reset my phone but nothing happened. Please help me!
