Hi everyone,
I hope someone can help me,
Since the Android 9.0 PIE update, i got a lot of cut off sound while listening to music on my cars.
(My XZ2 Compact is connected on bluetooth).
Music from Youtube / Deezer / Spotify / music on the phone, all have the same "cutt off" on listenning to.
However,
- No problem while recieving a call in the car.
- I have try to connect another phone with the car, it's OK with a Samsung Galaxy A2 (Android 8).
- No problem when i connect my phone with another blutooth device (Sony MDR-XB950B1)
- I have try AVRCP 1.5 / 1.5 / 1.3 / 1.6, same result...
Someone of you have an idea ?
Thanks for reading,
Jimmy.
Have you tried excluding these music-playing apps from the battery saving mode?
This one can be a bit aggressive in Android Pie, my wife had troubles with Audible and Spotify as they stopped playing at some point.
You can exclude these apps in the settings in battery saving mode.
@Cox001perhaps it's an unimportant detail, but have you tried rebooting the phone after changing AVRCP version?
