Handy erkennt desöfteren die SIM Karte nicht (ca. 10 mal am Tag) . Handy wurde auch schon auf Werkseinstellung gesetzt, SIM Karte erneuert. Leider keine besserung

Handy does not recognize the SIM card (about 10 times a day). Mobile phone was already set to factory settings, SIM card renewed. Unfortunately, no improvement

Does the device reboot itself when the connection to the SIM card is lost, or does it only drop the network connection and you can't make/receive calls? If it does restart and since you have already done a factory reset, I would recommend getting in touch with your Local support team so they can arrange a repair for you, as the device will need to be examined at an authorized service centre.
