Mobile data issue

I have a XZ1 Compact.

I can make calls, sens sms, WiFi works fine.

But as soon as i turn off WiFi i  or leave home, i do not have mobile data connection. All settings are ok. reboot: done. Reset: done. Still no mobile data.

It worked fine las week, now troubles.

Have ensured mobile data is switched on? Settings > Network & Internet > Data Usage > ensure Mobile Data toggle is on.

Do you have the correct APN settings? Try Settings > Network & Internet > Internet settings  to download them (you may then need to go into Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network > Access point names to activate).  If the settings don't work / download best bet is give your mobile network a call who will be able to go through the configuration settings step by step.
