Missing features on XZ Premium Oreo

I would like to ask why hasn't the XZ Premium received features of the Android Oreo that the XZ1 received with the most important being the new dialer app and the flash screen for selfies.The XZ Premium launched just a few months before the XZ1 and has been more of a flagship compared to the XZ1.Why do the XZ Premium owners miss android Oreo features the XZ1 users have?This support for our device doesn't look Premium at all.

Thank you for your feedback! I will make sure to move to team members, but they are always paying attention in the forum, of course!

I myself have an XZP and, in fact, these features are exclusive for some time for XZ1 perhaps. But we have in the Android 8 the option Burst, Predicated Capture that now supports smiles, and the application 3D Creator!
