Specifications of the phone as posted on http://bit.ly/2HsNcO8 states that it supports "LTE (4G) Cat15 with up to 800Mbps".
However, Qualcomm's webpage on Snapdragon 845's communication features (http://bit.ly/2EAJlv4) reads:
"Snapdragon 845 integrates the Snapdragon X20 LTE modem, the world’s first-announced modem to support Category 18 download speeds. It is 20 percent faster than our previous generation advanced modem, delivering a market-leading 1.2 Gbps."
Can that mean that XZ2 Compact owners can expect the faster LTE category support in the future software updates?
Upping the question. Is it the same thing as a QuickCharge 4.0 support, which exists in the chipset, but not enabled in the phone, i.e. pure marketing decision?
