Low speaker volume during calls n WhatsApp calls

It's a shame Sony has not fixed this issue yet.. What's the use of stereo speakers when we can't use it during calls on speakers and the volume itself is so low.. can't hear a thing unless the environment is very quiet

Please understand that Sony Mobile does not have any control over the development of third party applications, such as WhatsApp, and any bugs are up to the developer to correct.

Do you experience the same problem in the native apps, such as phone calls?

Yes as i mentioned even during the phone calls the volume is so low on speakers.. Even at max volume i can't hear the other party clearly ..

Please go to Settings > About Phone > Diagnostics > Test and test the ear speaker. Is it the same?
