Low sound (Almost to nothing) on the audio of Xperia XZ2

Hi everyone. 

Would like to get an opinion. Whenever I play a video on my phone, the sound or words from the characters in the video cannot be heard loudly on wired headset. But background music is okay. I also discovered that this applies to music, the background music can be heard, but unable to hear the words or lyrics.

If using a 3rd party player, set to stereo sound and not 5.1

If using Sony built in player, adjust the sound settings in settings/sound/audio settings/effects
