I'm sorry to tell you this, but, you can't find the phone's location with the IMEI number, you could find the phone if 

your phone its on

Google account 

GPS on

Data or WiFi on

location services on 

then you can go to Android Device Manager and find it. 

Also, make sure to contact your carrier network and your local police ASAP
