When I send a picture (MMS) it arrives at the reciever in a very pixelated state.
This wasn't an issue with my old Sony Xperia phone.
Just bought the XZ2 Compact and this is very strange.
Had a talked with my Operator and they say it gotta my an issue with Sony's software.
Do you got a solution or do I have to return the phone and go for another model/manufacture?
EDIT: I have updated all software - restarted several times - sending the same picture by mail (no pixilation found) - Had my Operator and her 2 coworkers try to solve in the shop = no luck.
Send MMS downscale in size from megabytes to kilobytes. I can see that on my old send photos aswell but they do not pixelate. Very strange ...
Best Regards
Thomas
Bump. Any Support around by any chance?
Hi @ThomasHansen;
The Google Messages app it's been told to compress pictures size, have you tried other messages app?
Just tried an other Message App now (instead of the Default one). From my phone that pictures doesn't seem pixelated anymore but the reciver says it's still pixelated on there device.
So annoying...
@ThomasHansen; Try this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=xyz.klinker.messenger, I have been told it is a good message app.
