For a while now I have not been able to use the location when GPS is NOT available.
Just to be sure, I have tried this with High Accuracy (GPS + WLAN, Bluetooth, mobile network) mode as well as energy saver (just WLAN, Bluetooth, mobile network).
I am under the impression that location via WLAN and Bluetooth (inside rooms when there is no GPS) is not functioning at all. Any experiences with this behaviour?
