Hi, how can i check the frequency of the heart. 

I have an xperia xz premium. 

I have to put the finger in the sensor that reveal the digital unlock?

You need to have an accessory like the Smartband 2 connected to the XZ Premium, otherwise with only the phone you can not measure your heart rate.
