Is theres any app to stop application from autorestart?

I think my phone drain battery sofast because of the running background app andI cant stop it from auto restart

I think you are looking somthing like " startup manager" from google play. There is also few similar apps available.

I havent tested/used those so im not sure is it needed to have your phone rooted

Provide the following screenshots

follow the steps

1. Charge the phone 100%
2. use it as you normally would 
3. once the battery has reached 10% 
   1. Settings 
   2. Battery
   3. take a screenshot of this 
   4. Menu 
   5. Consuming apps 
   6. Show all consuming apps
   7. take screenshots of the list
   8. tap on the top 5 items/apps on the list and take screenshots of each
   9. post them all here
