Hi @Hyrize, welcome to our forum!

What is the reason behind this? Is it because you have more micro USB cables and you are charging your device in a lot of different places, or have you experienced any unexpected behaviour with charging your device?

Please do elaborate! Slightly_smiling_Face

It just constantly falls out of the phone ..

It doesn't stay connected.

It is a classic case of changing something for the sake of change

Hi again @Hyrize!

Oh, I see, that explains it!

The cable should of course not fall out of the device when you are charging it, it should stay inside the charging port and since you can insert the cable without having to take a closer look at how the cable is rotated (up-side down) this should lead to the charging port hopefully lasting longer, since it can't be damaged if you put it in the wrong way. USB Type-C also enables a faster transfer rate than micro USB does.

If you have already tried with a different USB type-C cable, I would recommend that you get in touch with your Local support team so they can arrange a repair for you. If you have any questions regarding warranty, local service routines and so forth, they will gladly assist you with this as well.

Let me know how it goes!
