I lost my cell phone, this application is registered to locate my computer in MX FROM MY desktop computer.

Hi @adrianasotelo, sorry to hear about what has happened.

As @NunoSEN2 mentioned, try using the Find my Device service instead as the MyXperia service has been discontinued and is now directing you to Find my Device instead.

You should also get in touch with the Police in case the device was stolen and also your operator, so they can block it from being used with SIM card(s).
