My phone be done to do factory default, in first initail page, I can't do next

Only one way "click 3 times" to go into scan QR procedure ???

QR procedure -> ask link to wifi -> download QR scanner -> go into camera mode to wait QR code.

I had try to recovery software via "Xperia companion", unfortunately ... doesn't solve..

Somebody could guide me how to solve this situation.

* I had try to contact my email supervisor, and he doesn't know about this. ( G-suite )

* I had try to contact sony on-line help, they ask me to do software recovery or send

this device to repair center. No help.

Yes, had send it to Sony to do check and report "it is about mainborad broken ???" and ask to charge repair.

So, I make a question here to wait help.

Because I feel this is about software issue, not about the hardware broken.
