Usually it's the network that is locked and not the network subset. Do you know if the device model is meant for a different market? You will need to get in touch with the operator that locked the device to have it unlock, as this is not something that me or any other Support agent can assist you with.

If you go to Settings > (System) > About phone, what does it say under "Model number"? I understand that you have an Xperia XZs, but there are some different versions of the device.
