Hi @haizi, let me see if I can help out here
Xperia XZ1 do have support for OTG Host, meaning that you are able to connect USB devices to your Xperia device using a USB OTG (On-The-Go) cable. A USB OTG cable is sometimes referred to as USB adapter cable or USB Host cable.
Simply plug in the OTG cable and attach the USB device to the USB type C-port and restart the phone. After the phone has rebooted the phone should be able to reed and interact with the USB device you have attached.
I hope that answered your question!

Let me know if you have any further questions!
Why only after reboot? why?? 🤦🏻♂️😩
@Furkan_Ascioglu, the phone needs to be rebooted in order to be able to reade the connected device. That is how OTG technology works. If you are not able to access the screen to reboot the phone you can always do a force restart (power-key + volume up-key).
Only Sonys need reboot. Other any android devices has plug&play OTG support. For example, my family's phones and tablets(Samsung, lenovo, htc) supported plug&play. Sorry, I think wrong information.
@Furkan_Ascioglu, I can only answer how the OTG works in our products, I am afraid.
